1. Goods,software or device once sold/Delivered will not be taken back,reversed or exchanged.
2. Interest @24% p.a. will be charged if the payment is not made as per terms((Permissible as per section 15, MSMED Act, 2006).
3. An amount of Rs.1000 /- +GST will be charged along with 24% interest, if cheque is bounced/dishonoured.
4. On Site Support will be charged extra. Training and Document charges will be charged Extra.
5. Subject to Gurgaon, Haryana Jurisdiction only.
6. Our Liability is limited to the Goods/Services Sale price & not responsible for any consequential damages.
7. Customer is responsible for Data Backups and Antivirus Software deployement.
8. For Backup Services, We can provide copies of earlier backups as per policy and not responsible for Data Recovery.
9. Payment will be made only through Bank Transfer/Online Payment Gateways.
10. Services will be automatically suspended and terminated if payment not received as per mentioned payment terms.
